To mark our stay (and it's ending) at the Hectolitre artist residency, we would like to invite you for an 'open studio', and share a new body of work. Fountain Head, consisting of text, videos and installations made for and with Hectolitre, Jeu De Balle and Brussels.

For those who prefer a formal introduction:

Ana(na)t (maria) Mart.kovich (AKA Mrs. So Bitch); a researcher of material culture, illustrator, curator and multi-disciplinary artist.Working in text, printmaking, moving image, assemblage-installation, dressing up and show-and-tell; Working through critical thinking, humor and melancholy; undertaking an existentially material exploration of everyday performative reality. Holding a BA in Fashion Design from Shenkar College (2011), an MA in cultural studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (2019), and an AdMA from Sint Lucas Antwerp (2022).

** during the 'open studio' there will some previous prints/publication for sale with the money going directly towards Gaza, Sudan and Congo fundraisers.
